International Comedy Coordinator

**Role Description**

The Promoting department is responsible for Promoting thousands of shows throughout the UK every year and works closely with our colleagues in Europe, America and Australia to tour headline acts worldwide. Our Promotions Department look after artists acrossall genres of music and comedy in a variety of clubs, theatres, arena and stadia. Our department is looking for a hard-working individual to assist with administrative duties on the International aspects of this incredibly busy and fast-moving business.

**Who you are**

**Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience**
- Knowledge of venue/general touring industry and a keen interest in comedy would be advantageous
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Ability to work spreadsheets and databases - good working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to plan and organise own workload in a fast-paced environment
- Good level of numeracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**What the role includes**
- Collating availability of international venues for various tours
- Forming relationships with promoters we work with across all territories
- Setting up your own templates and spreadsheets to log information
- Building offers and costings using our internal software, Rome
- Taking initiative to seek out new practices and ways to expand the business
- Preparing and sending regular sales reports
- Raising invoices and chasing payments
- Liaising with International offices for tour planning and logistics
- Assisting in the co-ordinating of marketing materials
- Booking travel, hotels etc. and diary coordination
- Dealing with all incoming queries from internal departments (accounts, ticketing, marketing etc) and external contacts (agents, venues, PR etc)
- Organising and assisting with Zoom meetings and international meet ups
- On occasion you will be required to attend shows in the evenings, on weekends and will be expected to travel internationally.
