Temporary Office Administrator

**1.) **Objective of the function**:
Coordinate the progress of site reports, action plans and ensuring the office is able to run smoothly by assisting the wider support functions in administrative duties
- **Main responsibilities**:
- Control of consumables within the Office setting. Monitoring stock levels and reorder points.
- Daily Management support in areas such as Diary Management, coordination of meeting minutes and actions
- Assisting in the distribution of site communications
- Supporting managers throughout the recruitment / onboarding process
- Booking of travel and accommodation for employees & visitors
- Liaising with internal & external customers in an efficient and proactive manner
- Looking for ways to continuously improve processe
**3.) **Knowledge, experiences, education, skills, personal competencies and behaviors**:
- Previous experience of working within a busy office environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Manage conflicting priorities
- Respectful as well as confident
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel and powerpoint
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
