Office and Digital Administrator

As an Office and Digital Administrator at Market Place, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Events Team and Head Office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Administrative Duties**:_
Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining databases, document preparation, filing and record keeping.
Provide telephonist/receptionist function, greet callers professionally, answering queries where able and redirecting to appropriate colleague promptly.
Maintain office supplies and office space/facilities which on occasion will include general housekeeping duties
Provide support to Senior Management team.
- **Digital/Social Media Management**:_
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) working with our partners as relevant.
Maintain and refresh website to keep it up to date and relevant, reporting errors working with colleagues and external website experts if necessary to resolve.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and enquiries.
Analyse engagement metrics and prepare performance reports, interpret and present partner reports to Senior Management.
Research and implement trending hashtags, keywords, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with our marketing partner to ensure brand consistency.
**Skills**:
Proven experience in administrative support and/or social media management: 2 year (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Statamic CMS software is a plus
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a similar hybrid role.
