**The Company**:
Lavery Rowe is owned by its employees via an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT - similar to John Lewis Partnership model).
We are a full-service advertising agency based in London SE1 with nearly 40 years’ expertise in creating, producing and placing press ads within national newspapers and consumer magazines. We place approximately 11,000 press ads p.a. We also have a fastgrowing TV division.
Owing to continued development & expansion we are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to help drive the development of our digital services to clients.
The Job:
We have an active client base of approximately 100 B2C companies, selling direct to consumers via press or TV and performance digital channels.
Our new digital services division is focused on maximising ROI via various digital channels. We offer the following digital services, some in-house, some via 3rd party agency relationships:
- Search - PPC
- Native Advertising - e.g. Taboola
- Native Content strategies - working with publishers direct e.g. Mailonline
- Paid Social - Facebook, Instagram
- 3rd party affiliate partners e.g. via Webgains
- Display - Direct, Retargeting, Programmatic
- **Agency Partnership Sourcing** - Finding and managing 3rd party digital agency partnerships where required
- **Consultancy** - Identifying digital marketing opportunities for clients that will contribute a positive ROI
- **End To End Campaign Management** - Managing the implementation of the agreed digital strategy for individual clients.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Across both Google & Microsoft (both traditional PPC & Shopping campaigns)
- **Affiliate Marketing** - account management, Sourcing new affiliates for existing programs and managing the relationships with existing partners to maximise returns on behalf of our clients.
- **Tagging & Pixel implementation guidance** - End to end tracking of campaign activity ensuring pixels are implemented correctly and tracking of campaigns is watertight.
- **Analysis and reporting** - Providing weekly / monthly reporting with the ability to deep dive into analytics packages to provide recommendations to clients on campaign performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Mostly likely educated to degree level though this is not an absolute pre-requisite.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- A thorough understanding of all of the digital disciplines listed above
- An understanding of direct marketing / direct sales and direct ROI
- Client facing experience
- The ability to present digital opportunities to clients clearly and succinctly
- Entrepreneurial spirit
