**Property Administrator**
We are recruiting a Property Administrator.As Property Administrator, you will provide support relating to maintenance related issues from internal stakeholders in a fast paced and busy environment whilst undertaking general administrative duties.FourSeasons Health Care Group is one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK, it’s important to us to couple great care with meaningful and enjoyable experiences.
**As a Property Administrator, you will**:
- Take maintenance calls from homes and enter data on helpdesk to instruct suppliers and contractors
- Provide accurate data for reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Undertake duties relating to receiving and sending post and parcels
- Review and resolve issues with invoices and processing
- Operate and maintain an effective filing system for the department
- Record and monitor all costs and expenses for all Facilities budgets
- Process invoices, and produce reports for all the budgets and liaising closely with the Finance Department and Property Team
**To succeed you will be**:
- Experienced in working in a help desk environment and have knowledge of CAFM systems
- Aware of the basic technical knowledge of construction maintenance
- A good communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Aware of current Health and Safety regulations supported by relevant training
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft packages and have the ability to work with various other systems
- Able to prioritise workloads and adhere to deadlines
- An energetic, committed and approachable
- Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference in everything they
