**THE ROLE**

This will be a varied role, requiring you to produce different types and styles of content based on the audience and business priorities. You will work closely with colleagues across the business as well as partners and key stakeholders in the sport.

You will be required to work at least one weekend day a month at events. This time can be taken back as TOIL.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES**
- Work with the Digital Engagement Manager campaigns and advertising to create a Content and Channel plan for **Attending key events and projects, included TTE the organisation and our programmes (where hosted competitions and partner activations to applicable) capture relevant content**:

- Planning content for a multi-channel approach Working with the Engagement Team to

Working with the Senior Designer to create graphics, infographics, imagery and other digital assets to support content ideas

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- At least one years’ experience in a digital content creation role
- Experience in creating content plans and campaigns
- Creativity and ability to generate new and original ideas
- Highly skilled in utilising social media platforms
- Experience in using website platforms
- Skilled in capturing video content
- Proficient with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar)
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator in particular)
- Excellent oral and written English
- Intermediate photographic skills with the desire to improve
- Proficient in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
- Experience with WordPress or a similar web CMS

**DESIRABLE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience with Audio Editing Software (Adobe Audition, Audacity or similar)
- Experience working in sport or a Membership organisation

- Willing to work occasional extended hours and unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
