The Content Creator for Topps International is responsible for presenting engaging daily/weekly content on-camera to help extend the awareness of our Topps Sports & Entertainment products, experiential events and ambassador talent shoots in UK & EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) markets, in line with our global brand strategy. This is a hybrid position based out of our Milton Keynes Office 3 days per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily meetings with the UK & Ireland marketing team to establish EMEA priorities/workflow
- Work closely with key team contacts to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and overcome challenges as they arise
- Communicate effectively with the UK & Ireland marketing team throughout each project
- Pre-production planning and shooting of content for key social media & digital channels
- Filming daily/weekly content to promote mass market/hobby collections, ambassadors and events
- Deliver content in a compelling way that is aligned with brand objectives, creating a fantastic experience for fans and collectors
- Unboxing Topps Sports & Entertainment products on camera
- Following latest trends to ensure content is market-leading and hits key KPI’s
- Working with ambassador talent, including high-profile football players
- Exploring new ways to improve presentation skills/content quality based on customer feedback

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Sports/Entertainment fan with awareness of the commercial landscape
- Understanding of trading card/collectibles industry and consumer behavior
- Knowledge of requirements of key content channels: YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch
- Proven ability to produce highly engaging video content
- Demonstrable experience of growing followers on social media/digital channels
- Knowledge of Video Editing software would be an advantage but not essential
- Proven creative flair and confidence to make viewers return again and again
- Portfolio of completed on-screen work is required
- Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
- Ability to respond positively to pressure and take a flexible approach to change
- Organized & methodical, with the ability to manage workload and priorities autonomously
