**Care Assistant**

**Location**: Paternoster House, Watermoor Road, Cirencester, GL7 1JR

**Pay rate**: £11.69 per hour (plus weekend and NVQ enhancements available)

**Contracted Hours**: Full and part time hours available

**Shift times**: 8:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 8:00pm / 8:00am - 8:00pm working alternate weekends

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our Care Assistants make a real difference to our residents every day; whether it’s helping them with their daily routines or personal care, providing companionship or joining in with the vast array of fun activities that take place in our homes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they are leading happy and fulfilled lives. You understand that some days might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents. In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family. You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes.

Paternoster House is a 40 bed Care Home situated in the heart of the Cotswolds in the market town of Cirencester. The home offers nursing, residential and respite care in a comfortable, homely setting. We’re rated 9.7 by Carehome.co.uk and Good by the Care Quality Commission
