**Pay Rates**:
We can offer pay rates per hour, either including mileage or excluding mileage as follows:
With Mileage:

- Weekdays: £11.00 per hour
- Weekends: £12.00 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour
- Mileage: £45p per mile

Without Mileage:

- Weekdays: £12.75 per hour
- Weekends: £13.25 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £17.50 per hour

**Shifts**:

- Flexibility with one evening and every other weekend commitment.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required, as comprehensive training is provided.
- Clean and valid driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate personal care to both male and female service users with dignity and respect.
- Safely handle service users and administer medications with accurate record-keeping.
- Fulfil general duties, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal preparation.
- Efficiently manage administrative processes and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
