- We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of

**Key accountabilities include**:
- Relationship leader for Digital Business Services Executive Committee, Digital Business Services Head of Human Resources and wider Human Resources Leadership Team representing the Talent Acquisition function and Global Talent Acquisition Transformation journey-
- Oversight for all levels of hiring in Digital Business Services globally ensuring alignment with Digital Business Services strategic priorities; diversity, mission-capable talent, Employee Value Proposition & brand, cost plan, location strategy, future skills and simplification.-
- Developing and leading Digital Business Services Diversity and inclusion Talent Acquisition priorities and implement initiatives that increase diverse representation contributing to Digital Business Services Diversity goals-
- Lead Digital Business Services Global demand planning process in partnership with Digital Business Services COOs providing rolling view of skill based demand at region / country level to enable service excellence-
- Provides Global Resourcing Subject Matter Expertise, insight and counsel to support Digital Business Services strategy-
- Leads and contributes to Talent Acquisition elements in Digital Business Services Strategic Programmes-
- Partner with Digital Business Services Head of Talent and People Capability to deliver Digital Business Services Talent Strategy; supporting succession planning and connecting internal talent to opportunity.-
- Use Data and work-force analytics to improve Talent Acquisition experience-
- Is an escalation point for Digital Business Services leadership, supporting executive and regional teams to resolve issues Requirements- Successful track record in a Global Resourcing/Talent Acquisition leadership role is essential-
- Being able to navigate a multi-matrix organisation is essential-
- A background within the technology sector and/or digital business services is essential-
- Ability to draw market insights using data and analytics to drive the talent acquisition strategy is essential-
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at all levels (including c-suite)-
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Diversity & Inclusion and how to embed in Talent Acquisition initiatives-
- Able to drive change in line with Global and UK strategyThe base location for this role is
