Send Teaching Assistant

Axcis Education are currently looking for a SEND teaching assistant in the Bromsgrove area to work with a fantastic local SEND school.
The school caters for children with a variety of SEND needs, aged between 4 and 18 years. The school is easily accessible via public transport and there is a secure carpark for staff who drive. All class sizes throughout the school are small and each class typically has several trained teaching assistants in place.
This position will be working full-time on a temporary contract, with the opportunity of going permanent. You will be working term-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 until 4:00
You will need to be resilient, however this role will be highly rewarding and allow you to make a big difference to the lives of others. Whether you have previously worked in a school setting or have a passion for working with young people or have experience working with young people with SEND in another setting, we would love to hear from yourself.
An enhanced DBS is required to start work. If you do not currently have a DBS on the update service, you will need to be able to get one (please note, a DBS costs £44.33, and it is £13 to put it on the update service).
