As a Marketing Assistant at musicMagpie, you'll jump into our fast-paced, performance-driven team and get stuck into the kind of work that really makes a difference. From performance marketing to content creation and everything in between, you’ll be supporting the team where it counts, driving results, and helping us deliver top-notch campaigns across the board.

**Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**:

- Be part of the action across all our marketing channels - Brand, SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Social, CRM & on-site.
- Reporting & analysis support - helping turn data into decisions.
- Keep the engine running - general admin support across the team.
- Competitor analysis - help us keep a close eye on what others are up to.
- Content creation - support briefs, liaise with creators, and bring ideas to life on social.
- Affiliate validations - keep everything accurate and up to date.
- Organic social support - help manage and grow our channels.
- On-site content - support SEO with smart, optimised content.
- Merchandising support - new product categories, optimised ranking, and promotional updates.
- Digital screen ads - help keep our Kiosk ads sharp, on-brand and up to date.
- Referral programme - get involved in making it even better.
- PPC tasks - a bit of hands-on help where needed.
- Market research - spot trends, dig into behaviour, and highlight what’s next

**A Few Things About You**:

- Super organised with a good eye for detail.
- Able to juggle tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools.
- Bonus points for e-commerce know-how.
- A general grasp of online marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset and a love of digging into the numbers.
