**Hours**: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30

**About the role**
As the Administrator you are a crucial member of the team, providing support to the whole office and working closely with the other administration and reception staff across the firm.
**Responsibilities Include**
- Manage correspondence, reports, client letters, invoices, and other documents.
- Maintain databases while also setting up clients on company systems and research potential new leads.
- Diary management, organising and confirming appointments/meetings and keeping up to date with staff movement in and out of the office.
**About you**
- A professional and approachable attitude with excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to use initiative, have good planning, organisation and timekeeping skills.
- Experience working within an office or within high quality customer service establishment
