**Project & Business Administrator**

£22-28K full time - permanent - dependant on experience.

Monday - Friday 8:30-5pm hours.

Location
- St Annes, Bristol BS4 4EU.

Connected Light are a Bristol based Lighting company specialising in refurbishment upgrades of existing structures and spaces. Our core business provides design and compliance for all our clients throughout the UK, from hospitals, to factories, to schools. We promote a high standard and quality of service to our customers, delivering our projects from ‘concept to completion’.

Our aim is to deliver future-proof lighting design, supply and installation for commercial environments.

As the Project Admin you will have the opportunity to assist and contribute to the success of the business.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handle a wide range of varying day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Provide sales/project support to the sales and design team.
- Telephone handling.
- Prioritise and process quotes and orders for clients and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and update contact information.
- Working with the internal team to cover various elements of the project process from pre-contract to final handover.
- Identify growth opportunities to develop existing internal processes.
- Coordinating with our installation service teams.
- Overseeing and regularly updating internal accreditations and Quality Management Processes (ISO 9001 /14001).
- Maintaining client online portals and PQQ requirements.

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role.
- Punctual, reliable with strong time management.
- Literacy and numeracy with the ability to communicate at a professional level.
- Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Resilient, enthusiastic, with a problem-solving attitude.
- High work ethic focused, and target driven.
- Positive, energetic individual with a can-do attitude.
- Drive to deliver a quality service to our clients.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
