To be part of an accounts team that is driven, fast paced and exciting. You will be trained and have the opportunity as an apprentice to develop key skills and knowledge, whilst studying AAT. You will build excellent relationships with suppliers & the internal team within Bayfields.

**What will you be doing**

Responsible for weekly uploads of invoices & credit notes to our accounting software, Sage 200. You will also support the purchase ledger team with supplier statement reconciliations.

Ensuring supplier and other payments are made in the correct timeline, including credit card suppliers on the 1st & 15th of the month.

Assisting the purchase ledger clerk & accounts assistant with making sure our suppliers get paid on time and supplier/practice queries are resolved timely.

Maintaining the accounts mailbox, answering the accounts phone, opening & filing of the post, approving practice stationery orders.

Holiday cover for inputting of invoices, daily banking reconciliations, and other administrative duties.
