Our established client in the construction industry is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the team. This role, based in fantastic offices in Shipley, will support the accounts team with day to day PL duties.

You will be bright, have a high attention to detail and keen to secure a long-term role in a highly established business.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Matching, Batching and Coding Invoices
- Processing invoices
- Weekly/Monthly Payment Runs
- Statement Reconciliations
- Sorting and distributing site mail
- Must be competent using Excel
- Previous experience of Evolution accountancy software an advantage although full training will be given

**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience within a purchase ledger role
- High attention to detail and excellent data inputting skills
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Personable and professional telephone manner
- The ability to multi-task
- A strong team-player

**Salary**:£24,000 per annum
**Hours**:8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)

**Holiday**:25 days plus stats (7 days to be taken at Christmas)

**Pension Scheme**
