**Client Details**

Due to ongoing expansion, our client based in Bedford are looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their busy and dynamic environment - the company prides itself on its sustainability and how they can benefit their employees, customers and suppliers.This building and construction business are keen to hire a payroller who has a keen eye and enjoys all aspects of payroll
- this is a high volume role.

**Description**
- On board new starters, process leavers
- Maintain records
- holiday, sickness
- Speak to employees overseas regarding their records
- Collate hours from timesheets
- Liaise with various payroll bureaus
- allowing them to complete payslips, prepare journals
- Assist with preparation of Statutory returns as and when
- Ensure payroll is processed in accordance with collective agreements

**Profile**

The successful Payroll Clerk will be:

- Keen to work in a busy environment
- Has processed high volume payroll before (1-2 years experience)
- Experience using Sage Payroll
