**Customer Service Advisor**

Location: Belfast, City Centre area - PLUS BONUS

Hours of work - Customer Service Advisor: 37.5 hours per week worked across 5 days.
Operational hours - Customer Service Advisor: 8 am and 8 pm

About the Role:
As part of our Loyalty team you’ll receive calls from customers who are thinking about cancelling all or parts of their subscriptions.

You’ll also be on hand to answer any questions they may have about their billing, our products available or any other details about their account, as well as talking about all the great TV & entertainment they'll have access too.

Customer Service Advisor Role Requirements:

- Confident and Resilient
- Able to demonstrate a natural flair for talking to people and understanding their needs
- Someone who is target motivated
- A passion for customer service
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to build rapport
- Good listening skills
- A quick learner
- Computer literacy
- Are fully flexible Monday
- Sunday 8 am until 10 pm
- Live or can commute to the Belfast town centre area for the first 8 weeks*
- Are not studying or have completed your studies
- Have a full right to work within the UK
- Have a background in banking.
- Are looking for a full-time permanent position with the option to remotely WFH
