Capital Letters is a purpose driven, not for profit, private landlord working to end homelessness in London. We source and manage affordable, secure and safe homes for families experiencing homelessness - because a home can change everything.

This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive individual to join our Housing Management Team and to work with us solving the homelessness crisis creatively, innovatively, collaboratively and relentlessly. Our ground breaking £750m partnership with Charity, Home Safe Housing, is bringing up to 2,500 quality affordable rental homes to London, and you can be there from the beginning, helping to shape our service.

The post holder will have a chance to get in at the start of our expansion, having lead responsibility for a diverse portfolio of properties and actively engaging in bringing those properties into management while building relationships with tenants.
