**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry and document management.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide assistance in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.

- Strong Customer service skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to operate computerised systems effectively for various office tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Pay: £24,756.00-£25,000.00 per year
