Undertake administrative support for the Company to include:
**Reception**
- Answering telephone
- Visitors - greet and make refreshments.
- Post - in and out.
- Franking machine.
- Banking.
- Coffee Machine
- Checking stationary supplies, ordering and reconciling invoices
**Electronic Dayfile**
- Collate incoming and outgoing docs into Electronic Dayfile
**Electronic Filing**
- Archive projects after approval from Directors
- Set-up new projects
**Other**
- Ensure admin procedures are followed with the start of each job
- Update GTA Database as and when necessary
- Update GTA Standard documents..
- Update Phone list.
- Maintain and update Petty Cash.
- Maintain and update Company Profile and Website.
- Maintain and update Company Social Media
- Assist Accounts department as required.
- Update Timesheet service
An efficient running of workload, on time and to a good standard is expected together with good communication with other members of staff.
**Essential Skills**
You should have sound administrative skills.
An advanced knowledge of MS Word / Outlook / Excel together with experience with Windows 10.
Accurate analytical skills, a proven ability to manage a varied workload, good typing skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
Background in administration, reception, secretarial or customer services is a must.
