We are currently recruiting for a **Quality Administrator to support the Quality Department**, full job description below.
- Job Title - Quality Administrator
- Reports to - Quality Manager
- Location - Stevenage
- Date - Immediate start
**Job Purpose**:
To provide clerical support to the Quality Manager to help the business deliver success in line with best practices.
**Principal Accountability**:
To provide efficient administration service to the Quality Department. This may include such tasks as:
- reports generation and completion (FAIRS)
- document reconciliation
- electronic and manual filing
- archiving and retrieval
- administration databases
- ensure tracking tools are up to date and correct.
Any other duties commensurate with this role. Full training will be provided.
- Previous experience working within engineering environment (preferable but not essential).
- Ability to read/understand engineering drawings (preferable but not essential).
- Scanning and Photocopying experience.
- IT literate, Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent timekeeper.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 - 45 per week
