**Job Title**: MIT Cloud Sales Manager - East England (MSPs, Cyber Security, Cloud & IT, CRM)

**Location**: Peterborough

**Salary**: £40-65k (+OTE)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced MIT Cloud Sales Manager to join our team in East England.

As the MIT Cloud Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, growing new business opportunities and managing the customer sales process from start to finish.

You must have a professional approach to business, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for providing the best customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and drive customer sales from start to finish including the preparation of quotes and the negotiation of deals
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, researching their needs and creating tailored solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing a high level of customer service
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and be able to pass this knowledge on to customers
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure targets are met
- Develop and deliver presentations to potential and existing customers
- Track and report sales performance, progress and achievements
- Identify and resolve customer issues

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in a sales role in the MSPs, Cyber Security, Cloud & IT, CRM industry
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
