Aber bei ABB gehen Sie ihn nicht allein. Run what runs the world. Core Responsibilities Develop and enhance the Value Provider Program (VPP) framework to strengthen engagement with channel partners. Streamline and improve VPP lifecycle processes, incorporating feedback from sales teams and partners. Contribute to the global sales channel strategy, including policies on segmentation, tiers, pricing, and eligibility. Enhance the VPP’s value proposition to ensure competitive benefits for channel partners. Ensure effective communication, promotion, and training for channels, supported by documentation and playbooks. Support business reviews, forecasting, and KPI monitoring for Value Providers, including authorization management. Collaborate across teams (sales, marketing, product, legal) to create enablement tools and partner-focused initiatives. Ensure compliance with integrity standards within VPP and assist in contract negotiations. Your Background To be successful in this role, you bring a strong academic foundation with a Master’s degree (MSc) in engineering, business, or a related field. An MBA would be an added advantage. You have over 5 years of experience in B2B channel business, specifically within Partner Programs, and have developed a deep understanding of how to drive growth through effective partnerships. You have a proven ability to motivate and lead teams in a multicultural environment, thriving in large organizations where collaboration across diverse groups is key. Your experience includes navigating and driving change in international settings, and you’re excited about the opportunity to be part of an in-depth business transformation journey. Your expertise in translating front-end requirements into actionable steps ensures that you are always focused on continuous improvements, particularly when it comes to enhancing the Value Provider Program. You are results-oriented, self-driven, resilient, and energetic. You bring enthusiasm to everything you do, respond constructively to new ideas and challenges, and are always looking for ways to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Additionally, you understand that to succeed in this global role, travel will be a part of the journey, and you are willing and ready to travel internationally to support the success of the program.
