**About the Role**:
As our Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the company. You’ll manage front-desk tasks, greet clients, handle phone calls, and support day-to-day administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with clerical tasks, filing, and data entry
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
