**About the Job**
You will be responsible for delivering an employee experience that helps the Steer Group to attract and retain employees to deliver the business plan.
Collaborating with the wider People & Culture team you will develop and implement internal communications, employer branding and engagement activities that support the Steer Group culture and values and align to local markets.
You will support the definition and embedding of the company purpose and values within established sites and new businesses as they are acquired. Work with the wider People & Culture team to ensure this culture underpins all group policies and supports further development in learning and progression, remuneration and benefits.
Additionally, you will manage the Steer Group internal communications plan, maximising the use of digital channels and leveraging external communication opportunities in partnership with the Brand team.
**About You**
Essentially, you will have experience in delivering creative and cost effective engagement activities that enhance the end to end colleague experience, managing and deploying a range of digital and traditional communication channels including intranet, social media, print, events and be able to produce copy for business communications. Copy is clear, accurate and tailored to the target audience
You will be experienced in identifying and implementing actions that support a diverse and inclusive workplace, be highly IT literate with understanding of IT infrastructure and software packages and have analytical skills to collate and analyse data from multiple sources and report to stakeholders in an appropriate format.
Additionally, you will be able to build and sustain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, be commercially minded and pragmatic, and have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
You will be able to demonstrate experience and skill in project management and managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
