Interim Finance Transformation Business Partner

My client is a substantially sized residential property provider in based in Hampshire that is going through a complex transformation programme with a series of projects underway. One key part of the transformation is the need for the implementation of anew planning and forecasting tool, and as such, they are recruiting for an Interim Finance Transformation Business Partner on a 12 to 15 month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the finance lead on the project of implementing a new planning and forecasting tool
- Business Partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders, and promote the benefits of changing processes to maximise the return on investment of the new tool
- Working in conjunction with Business Analysts, Project Management, and the implementation partner to successfully scope out the project and see the implementation through
- Challenge the assumptions of budget holders, challenge the status quo, and encourage stakeholders to adapt to new ways to working with the new software
- Seeing through the entire project lifecycle; from requirement building, design, data gathering, to the architecture of the system with the implementation partner, followed by user acceptance testing, process documentation and training.
This role could equally suit someone who has experience of being the finance lead on a complex software implementation project, or someone who is an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner looking to gain experience of such a project. Those with experiencewithin property-focused environments will be of most interest for this position.
Minimum requirements to be considered include:
- Hold a full accountancy qualification
- Show a background of Business Partnering in complex, high value budget environments, ideally within Property or Residential Housing
- Be a clear, effective communicator, who can prove their qualities of building excellent working relationships with diverse groups at all levels.
