As part of your role, you will gain valuable experience in care planning, scheduling, team leadership, and compliance while working towards a fully funded Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

**Role ResponsibilitiesTraining & Office-Based Work (20 Hours Per Week)**
- Learn to schedule care visits and manage rotas.
- Assist with client assessments, care plans, and family communication.
- Support and supervise care staff, gaining leadership experience.
- Maintain care records and understand compliance with CQC standards.
**Hands-On Care (20 Hours Per Week)**
- Provide personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Cover care visits when needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Promote independence and dignity for clients in their own homes.
