Communication Manager

We are seeking a DEI and CSR Communications Manager to join a regulated financial services instituition on a permanent basis. The Communication Manager will raise external awareness of their growing activities and mobilise thier employees to contribute towardsa combined missions to make a difference.
Working with the Head of Corporate Communications and key internal stakeholders, The Communication Manager will lead on their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) brand, marketing and communication plan.
Working with both internal and external partners, you will drive communication initiatives from idea generation through to launch. You will focus on delivering continual improvement of communications through thier multiple channels to increase DEI and CSRawareness and engagement and further enhancing thier brand.
- Strong communication experience in a regulated enviroment
- Highly desired experience in DEI or CSR
- Experience in working with media outlets and stakeholders to ensure message is delivered internally and externally
