If so, we'd love to hear from you. We are currently recruiting for a global clothing supplier who, as a result of continued growth, are seeking to add a talented Senior HR Advisor to their dynamic team.
Working as part of a friendly HR team, you will provide a full generalist HR service. However, experience of managing complex ER cases up to and including dismissal is key. You will utilise your experience to advise managers and stakeholders on HR policiesand procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of policy and procedure. You will support with a variety of projects (eg. wellbeing) and develop strong stakeholder engagement, across a range of departments. Therefore, communication anda commercial understanding is key.
Experience of working within warehousing or manufacturing is preferred, as is experience of dealing with all levels of staff in a persuasive and credible manner.

The successful HR Advisor will be a confident communicator, passionate yet calm and a team player. You will exhibit a 'can do' approach, take ownership and be results and delivery focused with a commitment to quality. You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 Qualified or working towards qualification.
