An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Specialist to join our Estates team reporting to our Site Estates Manager. As a Maintenance Specialist with Stockton Riverside College, you will be responsible for ensuring the college’s buildings, classrooms, workshops, and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role supports the delivery of high-quality education by providing responsive and proactive maintenance services across the campus.
