**The Opportunity**

We are now recruiting for an ICT Support Specialist at our Head Office. We consider this a key role in ensuring the business is provided with a high level of ICT support and project management services.

It is the responsibility of the ICT Support Specialist to maintain high levels of safety, availability and reliability for ICT services by ensuring the effective and accurate provisions of a diverse range of ICT duties, in order to support the px business as a whole in achieving ICT goals and objectives.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. The role holder will provide a range of administration and support duties including (but not limited to): 1st & 2nd line helpdesk support, preparation and installation of hardware, Asset management, Telecoms support, Procurement and UK wide site visits supporting projects.

You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Previous helpdesk experience
- Ability to build, install and upgrade hardware.
