We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking for **Project Coordinator **to join their team for an ongoing contract.

**_Start Date: ASAP_**

**_Pay Rate: £10.60 per hour_**

**Purpose of the Role**:
Support project managers in the successful delivery of projects to programme and within budget.

**Main Duties**:

- Coordinate project meetings, record and follow-up resulting actions, control update and amend project logs.
- Be responsible, directly and/or indirectly, for conducting post implementation reviews and audits in pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Negotiate with and positively influencing customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Act decisively to rectify any adverse circumstances that threaten the delivery of the agreed programme.
- Maximise operating efficiency, reducing waste, maximising margins and implementing agreed changes when opportunities arise.
- Establish and actively manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage the production and storage of project documentation in order to effectively document, manage, monitor and report on allocated projects.
- Undertake any other reasonable task as requested.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Able to work flexible (sometimes long) hours to meet project requirements.
- Project Management terminology.
- Basic Financial and Commercial terminology.
- Able to successfully set-up and run a project office.
- Experienced coordinating and successfully supporting projects with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience of working successfully in a diverse team in a matrix environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.60 per hour
