Outbound Sales Advisor - Financial Services/Merchant services/utilities

We are looking for high energy, driven, and hungry people who want to be valued and rewarded. The opportunity offers progression and internal growth within the company. Starting salary is £18,000 + and UNCAPPED COMMISSION

The business is in the process of expanding our company and are looking to recruit a new team of outbound sales advisors (**Utility Consultants, Telecom/Broadband, Card Machines and Water**). This is a permanent position, and you will be based out of our NEW offices in Preston Fullwood. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and an early finish Friday.

We are looking for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and may have some experience of in working in a target driven environment, with a professional and friendly telephone manner. Ability to problem solve and listen to your customers needs are very important. You will be empathising with customers who have are financially looking for a solution to their problems.

We are big on rewarding over achievers, and we run monthly/weekly incentives This is a fun lively team to be a part of.

What does the role look like?
- Work towards company targets and Kpis
- Screen all customers carefully, ensuring you follow the qualifying procedure
- Eligibility checks
- Work out affordability on a case-by-case basis
- Present solutions that fit the customers’ case
- Collect relevant documents needed to roll out debt solution
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with customers

What we are looking for:

- Highly motivated individual who thrives on finding solutions & exceeding targets
- 6-12 months sales experience in a target driven environment (DESIRABLE)
- Someone who can demonstrate experience of building good professional relationships with prospects & colleagues alike.
- A result driven individual who can work on their own initiative.
- An adaptable, strong communicator who is resilient.
