We are looking for an person who has at least 5 years experience and knowledge in the building trade to join our property letting agency, this person will be responsible for maintenance in our properties in order to provide a liveable and comfortable clean and safe environment for our tenants. We are offering a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.30pm. At least 3 years experience in the following are essential -- plastering
- plumbing
- electrics
- joinery
- general building work
- painting & decorating

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14,533.00-£51,477.00 per year
