Mortgage Qualifier

We are a Mortgage Brokers, specialising in new build, and have a fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage Qualifier to join our team.

The business is supported by a consistent flow of leads from national and regional house builders across the country.

As a Qualifier you will be an important link between the company and our clients. Making sure that clients are financially in a position to buy a property from one of our builders by completing affordability calculators and credit checks.

You will act as the prospective clients first point of contact with the company, and your role will involve building strong relationships with them, explaining the house buying process, and researching the most suitable mortgage lenders for each client. You will also be responsible for maintaining contact with these clients until the clients are ready to buy and booking appointments for our team of Advisers.

The position is Full-time, Permanent and includes alternate weekend working but you would get two days off in the week. You would also be required to work Bank Holidays, but extra days holiday entitlement is given.

Speed, accuracy, and communication is key, together with a driven enthusiastic, positive attitude.

Must work well under pressure and have good organisation skills

Strong numeracy and literacy skills are a must

A successful track record in achieving personal targets, spanning in sales, development, retention and generation of business.
