This is an exciting time to join Great Places; we are investing heavily in growing our People Services department to support our recent integration and our ambitious growth plans. This sees the creation of several new roles within of our People DevelopmentTeam.
Reporting to the People Development Specialist for your designated business area, the People Development Coordinator will be instrumental in providing a proactive and quality L&D service to our colleagues, maximising training compliance and building positivestake holder relationships within the teams you support. You will also lead on our L&D reporting processes; maintaining all L&D compliance for your business area and ensuring the accuracy of the learning data reported to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Working in conjunction with the wider People Development team, you will ensure the effective delivery of a tailored learning offer, utilising internal and external facilitators to provide a range of face-to-face, online & blended solutions. You will be responsiblefor the end-to-end co-ordination of a range of complex training programmes; ensuring that each programme is managed efficiently, delivered on time and to a high standard, within the agreed budget, and that any issues are promptly identified and resolved appropriately.
**About You**:
You will be a confident multi-tasker who has strong administration and planning skills with excellent excel skills, who is used to working in a busy team with competing demands. You will also have experience of managing learning compliance and maintaining accuratetraining records.
Experience of navigating and administrating a Learning platform or Learning Management System would also be of benefit. Holding a Level 3 CIPD or alternative L&D qualification would also be desirable, but by no means essential.
