**Position: Support Worker (Male & Female)**

**About ICARE Living**:
ICARE Living is seeking Male & Female Health Care Workers experienced in managing complex health conditions. We offer excellent rates of £12.00 per hour and provide comprehensive training to ensure you're confident in your role.

**Position Overview**:
As a Support Worker at ICARE Living, you'll support clients in managing their complex behaviour needs. We provide full clinical training and opportunities for career development. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time hours, we offer flexible shifts to accommodate your availability.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with challenging behaviours.
- Willingness to learn and manage clients with complex health needs and challenging behaviors
- Availability to work alternative weekends.
- Non-smoker.
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and families.
