Senior Support Worker - Creative SupportLocation: Carlisle, CumbriaPay: Up to £13.00 per hourEmployment type: Full-TimeJob Summary: We are looking to recruit a passionate Senior Support Worker to join our existing management team in Carlisle. The role involves supporting the management of a small 27-bed residential care home, providing 24-hour care for older adults who require additional support without specialist nursing care.ResponsibilitiesProvide high quality, engaging, respectful, and dignified care to residents.Assist residents with personal care activities including hygiene, dressing, meals and support in engaging activities.Manage and support a team, ensuring effective staffing and shifting as required.Support the continuous engagement of residents in activities and care plans.Qualifications & ExperienceLevel 2 or above care qualification (essential).Experience leading a team (essential).Desirable experience working in a care home environment.Willingness to work flexibly, including day, evening, weekend and bank holiday shifts.Evidence of vaccination (required).BenefitsProbationary bonusPension contributions28 days annual leaveCompany-paid enhanced DBSApplication InstructionsTo apply, submit an online application via the Creative Support website and include the vacancy reference number 81997.
