**Parts Advisor**

Our client has an opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join their busy aftersales team, at their awarding-winning Nissan dealership, based in Letchworth.

The role involves processing parts orders for customers and their workshop, using current stock, catalogues and suppliers. In addition, you will prepare all parts required daily, to maintain and fulfil workshop requirements, whilst actively selling and promotingthe sale of car parts.

**Location**: Letchworth, Herts SG6 1BL

**Salary**: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**Hours**:Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00, alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 12:30

**Parts Advisor Duties**:

- To supply, receive and actively sell parts
- Respond to internal and customer parts enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
- Manage and maintain stock levels
- Preparing orders to purchase parts
- Preparation of invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes and other documents
- Handle, protect and package parts and to check, inspect and test incoming, outgoing and stock parts

**Parts Advisor Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with in a parts role is essential
- Minimum of 2 years dealership experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- Computer literate, inc. MS Office
- Ability to follow procedures
- High level of accuracy and organisation, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- A Full driving licence is preferred although not essential
