Our client near East Grinstead is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their high-quality HR team on a permanent basis.

Duties include;
Administer HR queries providing 1st line responses.
Keep accurate records and produce HR reports and data
Process new starters, contract changes and leavers accurately
Focus on collecting, monitoring, and analysing HR data
Support with the applicant onboarding processes
Responsible for checking professional membership renewals for staff
Responsible for processing DBS renewals for staff
Responsible for arranging and taking part in HR events, including induction days

As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of the workforce. You will need to deliver exceptional customer service to key internal stakeholders and build relationships with all staff members to promote their people focused employer brand.
