**Job overview**:
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Learning Mentor and Student Wellbeing Co-ordinator who will support teachers and pastoral staff in addressing the needs of students.
- Posses relevant experience of working and mentoring young people (preferably in an education setting)
- Have an understanding and working knowledge of curriculum and other learning programmes
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to students, parents/carers and other adults
- Be committed to supporting the school vision, mission and values
- Posses a relevant Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance
