**About the role**

Location: Office based position.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can deliver projects to a set critical path. It is an ideal role for an existing SME Project Manager or an experienced Senior Project Administrator with experience in construction and has a proven track record in time management, organisational and communications skills and who is looking to support our Head of Operations in the delivery of Pools, Spas, Saunas, Steam rooms and Thermal experiences to our Trade and Projects client base.

**About Us**

Spa Design and Build Limited is a company specialising in all aspects of Spa, Pool and Thermal experiences installations. We offer bespoke designed Pools, Spas, Saunas and Steam Rooms fabricated in-house. Our 12000 sq. ft facility on the Wirral produces more than 100 varying projects a year for both residential and commercial properties making us one of the leading suppliers in this sector. This provides our clients with continuity throughout the process from design and installation, as well as piece or men when it comes to quality. The scale of our projects ranges from 10k - 1.5 million

**Responsibilities will include**:
1. Management of day-to-day project delivery, including delivery to client requirements, safety, quality, supplier performance and improvement.

2. Project cost procurement, analysis and budgeting.

3. Ensuring that programmes are agreed between the client and the contractor prior to each project commencing, updated as required and key deadlines are met.

4. Communicating with clients and staff, engaging with specialist consultants as required.

5. Monitoring working practices and reporting lack of compliance to the Operations Manager.

6. Manage the overall project programme, including planning and coordinating manufacture operative and site engineers.

7. Maintain all product changes and ensure all changes are recorded and manufacture folders are maintained.

8. Ensure project documentation is available for site/client meetings.

9. Through a close working relationship with commercial aspects of any given project, identify at the earliest opportunity risks to delivering the budget, supplier and/or overhead cost impacting upon the project.

10. Manage the operational relationship with all suppliers and have monitoring in place to ensure SDB standards are adhered to and met.

11. Communicate closely and provide timely and accurate periodical reports to the Head of Operations defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

12. Regularly work in collaboration with the Sales, Manufacture and Site Teams.

13. Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous operational, project or contract management experience is essential - minimum 5-years’ experience.

2. CSCS required.

3. Previous experience working in the construction industry is desirable.

4. Project Management qualifications preferred.

5. IOSH Managing Safely &CDM knowledge preferred.

6. Understanding and implications of health and safety regulations.

7. Financial and commercial acumen - cost management, budget, P&L responsibilities.

8. Every day will be different, so your skills in responding to unexpected situations in a positive, logical manner will be vital.

9. Strong customer service skills.

11. Experience of working to deadlines and effective time management.

12. Effective planning and organisational skills, ability to handle pressure and good time-management.

13. Attention to detail.

Pay: £36,000.00 per year
