As a **Receptionist, **you are responsible for engaging with customers day to day, you will have great interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all customers. You will be managing various customers at any one time and ensuring each customer has a positive and enjoyable experience.
**PLEASE NOTE THE HOURS FOR THIS ROLE ARE THE FOLLOWING**:
Monday: 1pm - 6pm
Wednesday: 1pm - 6pm
Friday: 1pm - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm
About the role of **Receptionist**:

- Meet and greet customers and introduce yourself as the **Receptionist**:

- Assess when to engage with customers and when to leave them to browse
- Guide visitors to the hub, children’s area and information centre, encouraging them to utilise the facilities available
- Offer customers refreshments and make them feel welcome
- Work with the management team to support promotions or events with changes to the showroom environment
- Ensure all brochures are well stocked, in the right place and up to date

- Excellent levels of customer service and communication
- Computer literate
- Work efficiently under pressure and to set targets
- Be polite, friendly and persuasive
