Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as a **Kitchen & Front of House Associate**. This hybrid role combines essential back-of-house duties with direct customer-facing responsibilities, making you a vital link between our kitchen and dining areas. You will support the kitchen team with cleanliness, organisation, and food preparation while also delivering outstanding service to our guests at the front of house.

This role requires someone who is **open-minded, flexible, committed, passionate about high standards, and a true team player**.

Key Responsibilities

**Kitchen Support**
- Operate pot wash machinery and ensure utensils, pans, and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene in kitchen and bin areas, following health and safety regulations.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required.
- Unload deliveries and store supplies safely and efficiently.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and follow recycling procedures.

**Front of House**
- Greet guests warmly and deliver excellent customer service.
- Operate the till/cash register and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Provide product information, upsell items, and promote special offers.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming dining and service area.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, or complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, kitchen, or customer service roles is desirable but not essential—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt between kitchen and front-of-house tasks.
- Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Flexible to work weekends and busy service periods.
- Passion for food, service, and hospitality.

Schedule
- Full-time or part-time (permanent positions available)
- Day shifts with flexitime
