In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a F&B Supervisor to join our expanding front-of-house team.

You will support in the day-to-day supervision of the food and beverage team, ensuring residents, guests and customer receive the best possible experience. Delivering excellent customer service will be second nature to you and you will pride yourself on creating and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

The Role:

  • Supervising the day to day food and beverage services including the restaurant, bar, café, and lounges
  • Ensuring the F&B team are following opening and closing shift procedures
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service to all customers
  • Supporting the team in delivering excellent levels of customer service
  • Advising the team on methods of upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales
  • Assisting the Assistant Village Manager with planning and executing events and private parties
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by following health and safety protocols
  • Keeping abreast of market trends to keep up to date with best practice and new / fresh ideas in the culinary market.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience supervising a food and beverage function, as a team leader or supervisor
  • Strong commercial acumen to maximise sales
  • Enthusiastic, passionate with the ability to build rapport with ease
  • Qualified in hospitality or hotel management, would be ideal but not essential
