**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Support the team with clerical duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Help organise meetings and prepare necessary materials for presentations.
- Recruitment Support.
- Assist in organising a yearly event - guestlist etc.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Competent typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.

This position is mainly remote with flexible hours however you will be expected to attend some meetings/events. We are only offering part time hours usually 8 hours a week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
