HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

**The day-to-day duties in your new job would be**:

- To support the customer billing processes associated with both service and repair work
- Input, process, and interrogate/report data onto and using CRM system
- Assist with the production and distribution of data using our CRM Protean software
- Process and verify completed paperwork for internal and external personnel
- Answer phone calls professionally, take messages for the appropriate person
- Working on customer web-based reporting systems for uploading documents

**You will have/be**:

- Team worker
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised with the ability to multi-task confidently
- Ability to work on own initiative
- IT literate MS office and an online CRM system
- Used to accessing and working on client portals
- Eye for detail
- Understand sensitive GDPR information and work with discretion
