**Job brief**

Applicants have to be of a very high standard, have experience, smart, stylish, honest and able to speak fluent English. You will be working with a dedicated and passionate team of professionals.

Hours are flexible but will include weekends, nights and days and all holiday weeks all year around.

**Responsibilities**
- Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- To undertake inter departmental duties within the Restaurant and Bar
- Engage positively and professionally with all in house guests and visitors.
- Prepare Restaurant for service including cleaning and linen preparation, silver polishing, table-top preparations, mis-en-place tasks and Restaurant stills preparation.
- To check all glasses, crockery and other items before putting them in use. To be responsibly minded for the breakage and loss of such items.
- To have a clear understanding of all menu items and preparation methods.
- To ensure that all food and drink items are served at the correct times and with the correct procedures under direction from the Restaurant Manager.
- To listen to guest concerns, rectify where possible and escalate, if necessary, in a timely and discreet fashion.

**Requirements**:

- Resume and proven working experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Have a legal right to work in the UK

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.12-£10.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
