**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar management & Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. We are hiring for multiple positions across both of our sites in Ashley Cross & Westbourne.

For the management team we are looking for a desire to push the business forward and consider new ideas within the bar.

As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and providing assistance to customers in a fast-paced setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and assisting in stocktaking.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for billing purposes.

**Experience**
- Familiarity with hospitality practices and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute positively to the guest experience.

Pay: £12.14-£13.00 per hour
